Lan Kwai Fong Wuxi reached yet another major milestone reaping the “Highly Commended Award” at the inaugural China Property Awards 2014 for Best Commercial Development (East China), as judged by an expert jury of ten property professionals led by Ivan Ko, Chairman of the China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong Chapter. Three distinguished projects were shortlisted in each of the 24 competition categories honouring the country’s best developments and developers.

Dr Allan Zeman, Chairman of Lan Kwai Fong Group said, “We are pleased with the award and it is a real honour to gain such recognition at the inaugural China Property Awards for our projects in Mainland China, especially from the distinguished panel of Asia’s property experts! Lan Kwai Fong Wuxi has gained industry praise following the Gold MIPIM Award for Best Chinese Futura Project in 2013 and is set to shine its light in Wuxi when it opens in 2016.”
